We want you to love your new Minecraft gear, but if your items aren't quite right for your inventory, we offer a 30-day return policy for all unworn and unwashed apparel. Please ensure all original tags are attached to receive a full refund or exchange.
Initiate Your Return
Log into your account and visit the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return and generate a return authorization number.
Pack Your Loot
Carefully place your apparel in its original packaging along with the packing slip to ensure your return is processed correctly by our fulfillment team.
Ship It Back
Affix the prepaid shipping label provided in your return portal to the outside of the package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse inspects your returned items, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
